For as far back as I can remember, I always had an interest in eating healthy and paying attention to how I felt after eating a healthy or unhealthy food. This pattern led to my searching for foods that make me feel good. Because of the internet, it is so much easier to find relevant information. But this journey has also been difficult in trying to share my knowledge with others.
